I’m Michael from Jackson, Mississippi. I went to Jackson Academy for high school and then to Ole Miss for undergrad. Both sides of my family are huge Ole Miss fans, so we never miss a home football game. I went to UMMC for med school and am now in Hattiesburg for residency. I grew up playing travel soccer and baseball but mostly play golf right now. The residents and faculty at Forrest General are competent, approachable, and personable. I feel very much at home here. When I’m not at the hospital, I enjoy playing golf, soccer, baseball, and spending time outdoors.
